This hole saw mandrel is made by Desco Tools, you assurance quality of hole saw mandrel. Features shatterproof, 1/4" HSS pilot bit, and fits for 9/16" to 1 3/16" holesaws. This hole saw mandrel has a 3/8" hex shank for greater gripping capability in the 3/8" chuck. The backing plate is equipped with spring loaded snap pins which lock into holes on the backing plate of the hole saw for positive efficient transmission of torque.
