These ProForge 300' tape measures have unbreakable 1/2" fiberglass blades. Contractors and surveyors use these heavy duty tapes for long distance measuring. Tough fiberglass tape displays inches on one side and engineers surveyors 10th's measurements on the other. Protruding marker at the bottom of case makes measuring easier. Convenient flip out handle and a large "D" grip on top makes rolling back up a snap. The fiberglass blade is waterproof, so you can hose the tape off with water to keep it clean.
