Features a single stage winch with the brake, which means this unit CAN be used by ONE person. Maximum reach is 11' for horizontal ceilings, and 15' maximum reach for walls. The capacity is (1) 4' x 16' drywall sheet rated at 150 LBS. Includes 5" caster wheels, and weighs 105 LBS. One year warranty.
